Terms and conditions

By registering on the platform or using it, you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to them. If you do not agree with any of them, please do not use the platform.

1) Who may use the platform

• The platform is intended for medical students, doctors and healthcare practitioners, and you must be 18 years of age or older.
• Your registration details must be accurate: your name, email and mobile number.

2) Your account

• One account per subscriber. You may not open more than one account for the same person.
• The account is personal: you may not give its login details to anyone else or share it with colleagues, and you may not sell or rent it.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for any activity on your account. If you suspect someone has accessed it, tell us immediately.
• We may suspend an account temporarily if it appears to be opened from many devices at the same time in an unusual way, until we have verified it.

3) Content and intellectual property

• Everything on the platform — videos, files, quizzes, design and logo — belongs to the platform or to the instructors contracted with it, and is protected by intellectual property law.
• Your subscription gives you a personal, temporary right to watch and learn only, and gives you no ownership of the content.
• Strictly prohibited: screen recording or filming lessons, downloading videos with any tool, republishing any part of the content on any platform, group or channel, or selling or distributing it.
• Any breach of this clause means immediate suspension of the account with no refund, and we reserve the right to take legal action.

4) Subscription and payment

• All prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP) and include any applicable taxes.
• A subscription starts the moment payment succeeds, lasts for the period stated in the plan, and ends automatically when that period is over.
• There is no automatic renewal: we do not store your card details and never charge you again unless you pay yourself.
• Payments are made through licensed payment gateways, and we never see your card details.
• We may change prices or plans at any time; a change does not affect a subscription that is already active.
• Refunds are governed by the refund policy published on the site, which forms an integral part of these terms.

5) Content and service

• We continuously add, update and edit lessons, and their order or the release dates of scheduled lessons may change.
• We do our best to keep the platform running at all times, but temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance or for technical reasons beyond our control.
• The platform provides educational content and does not guarantee any particular exam result or assessment — the result depends on your own effort.

6) User conduct

You may not use the platform for:

• Any attempt to hack it, overload the server or get around access restrictions.
• Posting comments or reviews that contain abuse, insults, advertising or external links — we may delete any offending comment without warning.
• Impersonating another person or using their details.

7) Referral programme and wallet

• Referral rewards are earned only on genuine paid subscriptions.
• Any manipulation — fake accounts, referring yourself, or subscriptions refunded after the reward was paid — cancels the balance and may lead to the account being suspended.
• The wallet balance is not money you paid, so it cannot be refunded as cash except under the published withdrawal conditions.

8) Account suspension

We may suspend or cancel any account without a refund in cases of: account sharing, recording and publishing the content, manipulating payments or the referral programme, abusing our staff, instructors or subscribers, or any other breach of these terms.

9) Changes to the terms

We may change these terms at any time, and the date of the last update is shown above. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept it.

10) Governing law

These terms are governed by Egyptian law, and any dispute between us falls under the jurisdiction of the competent Egyptian courts.
